These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at sobat500.cam and all associated services, games, and features operated under the brand name Sobat500 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Sobat500 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; the most current version will always be published at sobat500.cam/terms-conditions.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

Registration of a player account and participation in any real-money activity on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had a previous account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee, director, or officer of Sobat500 or its associated entities.
• You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for determining whether participation in online gambling is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction. Sobat500 does not warrant or represent that the Platform is legally accessible in Malaysia or any other specific jurisdiction.
• You are acting freely and not under compulsion, coercion, or impaired judgment at the time of any wager.

Each individual may hold one (1) registered account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

KYC Verification is mandatory for all Players prior to processing any withdrawal request. Players may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the funding source)
• Source of funds declaration (where required by compliance review)

Sobat500 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Player's relationship with the Platform, including during account review or prior to approving any withdrawal. Players acknowledge that failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials at all times. Sobat500 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account where such access resulted from the Player's failure to safeguard their login details.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Sobat500 does not charge deposit fees; however, Players should note that individual payment service providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are entirely beyond Sobat500's control.

Accepted deposit methods include:

• DuitNow (instant bank transfer)
• FPX (online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian banks)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT) cryptocurrency deposits

The minimum deposit is RM 50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 100. Maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by player tier: Bronze — RM 5,000; Silver — RM 20,000; Gold — RM 100,000.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the Player's own name that has been previously used to fund the account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Sobat500 aims to process approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes for standard bank transfers during business hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Sobat500 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, tier rewards, and other promotional incentives ("Bonus Offers") to eligible Players. All Bonus Offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus credits must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before they may be converted to Real Money Balance or withdrawn.
• Players may only participate in a single bonus offer at a time unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds forfeited upon withdrawal request if wagering requirements have not been met at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Sobat500 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited and actively being wagered.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus systems — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

The Brand Migration Program bonus (up to MYR 588) and tier-matching incentives are available to verified Players who contact support and provide satisfactory evidence of their previous platform tier. Full terms for the Migration Program are available from the Sobat500 support team.

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the rules specific to the relevant game or sports market as displayed at the time of wagering. Players are solely responsible for reviewing the applicable rules before placing any wager. General betting rules applicable across all markets include the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players may not cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where explicitly permitted by the relevant game or market rules.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, Sobat500 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Players' Real Money Balances.
• Live betting (in-play) markets for events including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other competitions are subject to suspension at any time, including during periods of significant in-game events. Bets accepted prior to suspension will be honoured provided no material error has occurred.
• Mix Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to minimum and maximum stake and payout limits as published in the sportsbook interface. Sobat500 may impose individual bet limits on any Player at its discretion.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or market as published on the Platform.
• All odds displayed are decimal format and inclusive of stake. Odds are subject to change up until the time of bet confirmation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or defraud Sobat500.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them to support immediately; failure to do so and capitalisation upon discovered errors will be treated as fraud.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage of the Player relationship.
• Registering or operating more than one active account on the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Facilitating or permitting any individual under the age of 21 to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Sobat500 staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Sobat500 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data ("Content") — is the proprietary property of Sobat500 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Content without the prior written consent of Sobat500. Any unauthorised use of the Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sobat500, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content, odds, or game results displayed on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data, where such access did not result from a failure of Sobat500's own security systems;
• Any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Platform.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, Sobat500's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms seeks to exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Sobat500 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at sobat500.cam/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes — including identification documents, address verification materials, and payment information — is used exclusively for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes. Sobat500 does not sell personal data to third-party marketing organisations.

Sobat500 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their activity. These tools include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options, all accessible from within the Player account dashboard or via the support team.

Sobat500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Sobat500 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The Player is unable to satisfactorily complete KYC verification;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• Sobat500 is required to do so pursuant to a request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• The Player has self-excluded or requested account closure through the responsible gambling tools.

Upon account closure in circumstances not involving breach or fraud, the Player's verified Real Money Balance (excluding any uncleared Bonus Balance) will be returned to the Player via a method agreed between the parties, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC and AML checks.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the Sobat500 support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sobat500 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform.

Nothing in this clause limits Sobat500's right to seek urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

Sobat500 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Sobat500 will endeavour to provide notice by publishing an updated version at sobat500.cam/terms-conditions and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address on file.

Amended Terms take effect from the date of publication unless a later effective date is expressly stated. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
